The role
We’re hiring a Senior Account Director to lead senior client relationships across Indonesia and South East Asia, with a strong focus on FMCG / consumer goods brand design.
You’ll be a trusted client partner, ensuring excellent delivery and helping grow key accounts through confident commercial leadership.
You will be shouldered by a full team (creative designers, strategic planner, account) locally-based, and by a pool of international managers, Paris-based, involved in the growth and development of the subsidiary.
This is a full-time, Jakarta-based role.
What you’ll do
- Lead senior client relationships and build trusted partnerships
- Own delivery across projects: scope, timelines, budgets, resourcing, and partners
- Bring structure and momentum to complex workstreams
- Identify opportunities and shape clear scopes and proposals (including pricing and forecasting)
- Work closely with strategy and design teams to ensure the work is strong and lands well
- Valorize all the agency expertises (archetype workshop, branding and packaging identity, brand universe, activation, digital design…)
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years in account leadership (branding, design, or adjacent consultancy)
- Confident senior stakeholder management, including C-level engagement
- Proven account growth experience (not just servicing)
- Strong delivery leadership across teams, budgets, timelines, and partners
- Commercial strength: scoping, pricing, forecasting, negotiation
- Solid understanding of brand strategy + design and how they drive business outcomes
- Deep FMCG / consumer goods experience
- Based in Jakarta, or ready to relocate quickly
